Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
2. Support onboarding new employees by preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
3. Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees to enhance their professional development.
4. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
5. Support in handling employee relations issues by investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and providing solutions in collaboration with HR managers.
6. Assist in drafting internal communications, memos, and HR policies to keep employees informed and engaged.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects, events, and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the department and company.
