Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
2. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
3. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
4. Serve as the contact person for candidate inquiries
5. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Effective communication skills
3. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
5. High energy and passion for HR
6. Proven ability to meet quotas
