About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
2. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
3. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
4. Serve as the contact person for candidate inquiries.
5. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
5. High energy and passion for HR.
6. Proven ability to meet quotas.
