Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Use professional networking sites and job boards to find and engage potential candidates for finance and stock market internships.
2. Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates and create a shortlist for interviews.
3. Carry out preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role.
4. Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications to confirm the authenticity and reliability of selected candidates.
5. Work closely with the HR team to refine and optimize recruitment strategies and processes for better efficiency.
6. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and track recruitment progress in the internal database for future reference.
7. Assist in drafting clear and compelling job descriptions, and post them on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
8. Provide timely and constructive updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
9. Collaborate with HR to organize and manage the onboarding process for selected interns, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
