Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment:
a. Recruit and onboard 10-15 team members within the initial phase of your internship.
b. Source, screen, and select candidates who align with the company's goals and culture.

2. Team Leadership:
a. Take on the role of a Team Leader for the recruited members.
b. Motivate, guide, and support the team to achieve their targets effectively.

3. Team Management:
a. Monitor the team's progress and ensure they meet their weekly and monthly goals.
b. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
c. Resolve any challenges faced by the team and maintain high morale.
