Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Assist in employee relations activities such as handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee records.
4. Collaborate with managers to support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
5. Help organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and other employee engagement activities.
6. Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word to track and analyze HR data and prepare reports.
7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
