About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
3. Assist with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
5. Support training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee participation.
6. Assist with HR-related projects as assigned.
