Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Collaborate with HR team to conduct orientation sessions and onboarding activities for new hires.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
5. Support HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
6. Prepare HR-related documents and reports using MS-Office tools such as Word and Excel.
7. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
