Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the complete recruitment, onboarding, and exit process, including identifying the right talents for our brand.
2. Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM jobs, Hirist, and other social media sources.
3. Managing internal and external communication between upper management, interns, applicants, etc., via email, social media, and miscellaneous written correspondence.
4. Working on employer branding using various social media platforms (Facebook, ShareChat, LinkedIn, etc.) to market our brand and attract the best talent.
5. Serving as a link between management and employees by handling queries, assigning tasks, and interacting with them when necessary.
