Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating high-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest
2. Edit videos and photos to ensure they align with our brand's aesthetic and standards
3. Help develop and maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts
4. Collaborate on brainstorming and planning new content ideas that resonate with our audience
5. Research and identify potential brand partnerships and collaborations
6. Assist in negotiating and coordinating brand deals, sponsored posts, and influencer collaborations
7. Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and recommend strategies for growth
8. Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy

4. Demonstrated creativity and an eye for aesthetics in content creation
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Complete knowledge of how social media platforms work

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of revenue earned).
