Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads and prospect potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Manage the sales pipeline by maintaining a steady stream of prospects and ensuring timely follow-ups.
3. Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, present suitable recruitment solutions, and address concerns.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
5. Prepare business proposals, negotiate pricing, and close agreements with clients.
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate placements.
7. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
8. Maintain accurate records of interactions, deals, and client feedback in the CRM system.
