2. can start the work from home job/internship between 21st Feb'25 and 28th Mar'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months

1. Showcase a portfolio or demo reel highlighting previous work, especially in interviews, street performances, or promotional videos
2. Possess strong communication skills: clear diction, confident speaking abilities, and the ability to engage naturally with diverse audiences
3. Demonstrate relatability and authenticity: a warm, approachable persona that aligns with Expify’s values
4. Be comfortable with both scripted content and improvisation to keep performances dynamic and engaging
5. Exhibit professionalism: punctuality, reliability, and a professional attitude during rehearsals and shoots
6. Have a genuine interest in career guidance or education, which enhances authenticity in portraying the brand message
7. Be flexible: willingness to work in varied locations (e.g., street interviews, studio settings) and adapt to changing creative directions
8. Be proficient in English and Hindi (or other regional languages) to reach a broader audience if required
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per 1m views/10k followers).
