About the work from home job/internship
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in designing and developing eLearning courses, storyboards, and gamified learning experiences
2. Work with tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, or similar authoring tools
3. Research and apply adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.), and gamification strategies
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and designers to create engaging and visually appealing content
5. Review and test eLearning modules to ensure quality and functionality
Requirements:
1. A strong passion for eLearning and instructional design
2. Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (experience is a plus but not mandatory)
3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
4. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
6. Fresh graduates, final-year students, or individuals looking to enter the eLearning industry
7. Background in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or related fields is preferred
