Interior Design Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead qualification & pre-sales:
a. Engage with potential clients who have inquired about interior services.
b. Understand their requirements, budget, and design preferences.
c. Prequalify leads based on company criteria and filter out non-serious inquiries.

2. Site visit coordination:
a. Schedule and confirm site visits between clients and senior interior designers.
b. Ensure all necessary details (address, measurements, preferences) are gathered before visits.
c. Follow up with customers post-visit to address queries and move the project forward.

3. Customer interaction & relationship management:
a. Educate customers about our interior design process, pricing, and offerings.
b. Build rapport and maintain a professional yet friendly communication approach.
c. Work closely with the sales and design teams to streamline client onboarding.

4. Documentation & reporting:
a. Maintain a database of qualified leads and scheduled visits.
b. Track conversions and follow-up requirements.
c. Provide insights on customer needs and feedback to improve our offerings.
