4. Utilize a strong network in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client acquisition.
5. Outline specific needs, including the type of tasks required, working hours, and necessary skills.
6. Consider hiring through platforms like Upwork or Fiverr to connect with qualified virtual assistants.
7. If establishing your own service, focus on creating clear terms and conditions regarding payment, confidentiality, and communication expectations.
8. We would like to know your plan of action.
9. We are ready to offer a stipend, but there will be a target for onboarding clients from both India and the USA.
