About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify potential leads using various methods such as online research and industry-specific databases
2. Qualify leads to determine their suitability for the company's products/services
3. Connect with CXOs and Directors to identify their potential needs, qualify their interest and viability, and create relationships that will help drive sales
4. Perform targeted outreach on multiple channels to connect with new and existing prospects, constantly nurturing relationships to drive clients through the pipeline
5. Conduct research on industry trends, target markets, and competitor analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of the product, market, and competitors
6. Gather and analyze relevant data to support business insights, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of our product offerings
7. Participate in testing our product offerings to ensure performance aligns with real-world applications and client requirements
8. Assist in planning and executing project tasks, tracking progress to ensure they meet defined objectives and are delivered on time and within budget
9. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements through thorough testing and validation

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (not mandatory)
2. Looking to build a career in business development, especially within the B2B/Tech sector
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
4. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
5. Internship experience in international B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
6. Knowledgeable in using LinkedIn to research leads and companies
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
8. Must have a personal laptop
9. Exhibit a relentless hunter attitude
10. Show willingness to perform an outstanding job regardless of degrees and grades
