As an international customer relations intern at GoGlobal Enterprises, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can enhance your skills in MS-Excel, sales, effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be essential in building strong relationships with our international clientele.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contact Importers: Reach out to importers via calls, WhatsApp messages, website forms, and emails, providing them with information about our products and services
2. Negotiate and Close Deals: Engage in negotiations with importers to close deals and secure export orders, ensuring all terms are mutually agreeable
3. Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-up with importers to build and nurture long-term relationships, addressing any queries or concerns they might have
