As an IT recruiter intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition team by sourcing, screening, and assessing potential IT candidates. By utilizing our AI/ML-powered talent cloud, you will be able to uncover hidden talent and match them with suitable job opportunities. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our clients' businesses, as you connect them with the best IT professionals in the industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Candidate sourcing: Utilize the AI/ML-powered talent cloud and various other sourcing methods to identify potential IT candidates based on specific job requirements and skill sets.
2. Candidate screening: Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles through resume reviews and preliminary interviews.
3. Data analysis: Analyze data from the talent cloud to identify patterns, trends, and insights to optimize the recruitment process.
4. Candidate engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with candidates to build relationships and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
5. Candidate assessment: Conduct assessments and technical screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidate recommendations.
In addition to a fixed INR 5K per month stipend, the internship also comes with an excellent performance-based incentive, providing you the opportunity to earn up to INR 25K per month. You will also get an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI/ML recruitment technology and learn from experienced professionals and technology experts.
