Law/Legal Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide support in all stages of litigation
2. Analyze legal contracts, conduct due diligence, assist with corporate restructuring, and contribute to corporate transactions in corporate law
3. Review and draft contracts, negotiate terms, and provide legal advice on contract-related issues in contract law matters
4. Conduct thorough research on various legal topics to support our legal team in staying updated with current laws, regulations, and legal precedents in legal research
5. Analyze claims, conduct investigations, and assist in preparing legal strategies in the prosecution of malpractice cases
6. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide support as needed in family law matters

Requirements:

1. Hold an LLB or LLM degree in law, and we are particularly interested in individuals who are currently pursuing or have recently completed their LLB or LLM degree in law
2. Possess a strong interest in legal research, litigation, and various areas of law, reflecting a passion for the legal field and a willingness to learn and contribute
3. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and find practical solutions
4. Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail and effective self-management
5. Have good communication and interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team environment
