About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling internal policy drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Managing administrative legalities, including documentation, regulatory compliance, and legal record-keeping.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate contracts, vendor agreements, and client agreements.
4. Ensuring compliance with labor laws by drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and advising on labor-related legal matters.
5. Preparing legal drafts, including notices, agreements, compliance reports, and other corporate legal documents.
6. Conducting legal research on intellectual property rights (IPR), trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
7. Developing legally compliant terms and conditions for the company's products and services.
8. Drafting, reviewing, and executing service agreements, NDAs, commercial contracts, and other legal documents.
9. Preparing and negotiating Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for strategic business partnerships.
10. Working directly with top management to understand business requirements and provide legal support.
11. Conducting market research on industry regulations, legal trends, and potential business risks.
