Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting market research to identify and collect data about the target audience
2. Implementing diverse outreach strategies, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, to connect with prospective clients
3. Scheduling appointments with interested clients and coordinating meetings with relevant team members
4. Driving the sales process by effectively communicating our services and solutions to potential clients
5. Implementing and managing diverse marketing campaigns to attract potential leads
6. Handling client interactions and maintaining long-lasting relationships
Additional Information: Exceptional performance may lead to a promotion to business development associate during this internship, raising the stipend to INR 10k/month with consideration for a full-time position in the company.

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
2. Proven experience (preferable) in cold calling and lead generation
3. Demonstrates the ability to adapt to a diverse global clientele and effectively convey complex business solutions
4. A global perspective and understanding of international business dynamics are preferred
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Candidates available to work in the EST time zone will be preferred
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per meeting booked).
