About the work from home job/internship

Your primary focus will be identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and potential target customers, as well as establishing initial contact with key decision-makers.

Conduct thorough research to define and refine the characteristics of Voilo's Ideal Customer Profiles based on industry, company size, use cases, and other relevant factors. Develop a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of potential customers within the Open Banking space.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct prospecting to identify potential leads and target markets, focusing on B2B CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, CIOs for in different industries requiring Open Banking solutions.
2. Generate and qualify leads through Cold Emails, LinkedIn and other B2B channels.
3. Able to use platforms like Email Databases and email automation tools
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
5. Engage with prospects through copies sent through emails, LinkedIn messages to generate interest and arrange meetings for the sales team.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
7. Maintain CRM and Reporting: Accurately document and provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to management.
8. Stay Informed on Industry & deep understanding of the Competitors(IMPORTANT)

Continuously stay updated on the latest developments in the Open Banking industry, as well as competitor offerings and market trends. Leverage industry knowledge to position Voilo's platform effectively to potential customers.

3. Proven experience in a similar SDR, lead generation, or business development role, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or the Open Banking sector.

4. Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.

5. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., ZohoCRM, excel) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ).

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Proficient in using LinkedIn for business development.

9. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
