Legal Research Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Training and self-directed learning:
i. Acquire skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts through online courses and apply this knowledge to practical tasks and documentation.
ii. Study corporate governance, business organization, and employment law from course materials and use this understanding to assist with legal research and document preparation.
iii. Learn about cyber crimes, IT laws, and data protection regulations and implement this knowledge in handling related tasks.
iv. Understand key labor laws and statutory compliance through training and apply this knowledge to workplace legal scenarios and compliance issues.
2. Practical tasks:
i. Draft and review contracts and legal documents based on the training received.
ii. Conduct research on corporate, business, and cyber laws. Manage and organize legal documents and records effectively. Prepare summaries and reports on various legal topics.
iii. Assist with tasks related to labor laws and statutory compliance.
3. Training & development :-
i. Structured training: Access comprehensive online courses on contract management, corporate and business law, cyber law, and labor laws/statutory compliance.
ii. Independent experience: Develop self-management skills and practical experience in various legal tasks.
iii. Flexible work environment: Work remotely with a flexible shift, with a minimum of 8 hours per day.
