Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and analyze educational standards to ensure lesson plans meet curriculum requirements
2. Develop innovative and engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles
3. Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, images, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to gather feedback and make improvements to lesson plans
5. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in English language teaching to continuously improve the quality of lesson plans
6. Assist in the creation of assessment tools to measure student progress and understanding
7. Maintain organized records of lesson plans and revisions for future reference

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per lesson plan).
