About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and develop long-form multimedia content for YouTube, including customer stories, internal announcements, promotional videos, and software reviews.
2. Record and edit video and sound projects, ensuring optimal format selection for final output.
3. Assemble raw footage, add subtitles, and integrate sound to enhance both existing and new video projects.
4. Manage end-to-end video production workflows, including concept development, filming, editing, and publishing.
5. Optimize video content for YouTube, including creating compelling thumbnails, writing engaging video descriptions, and incorporating effective tags and keywords.
6. Develop demo videos using our tools while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
7. Collaborate with the team to set project deliverables, select optimal media forms, and ensure alignment with our brand strategy.
8. Record and publish a minimum of 4 high-quality videos per week, ensuring consistency and excellence in all content.

Other requirements
1. Previous experience working with YouTube channels, including content planning, audience analysis, and performance tracking.
2. Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics tools.
3. Experience in creating engaging thumbnails and video titles that drive viewer engagement.
