We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive management consultant to support our team in various tasks and help achieve our project objectives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calendar Management:
a. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
b. Ensure the executive's calendar is up-to-date and organized
2. Communication Handling:
a. Manage incoming calls, emails, and communications
b. Prioritize and respond promptly to important communications
3. Document Preparation:
c. Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence
d. Ensure all documents are accurate and professional
4. Meeting Coordination:
a. Organize and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas
b. Take a few minutes and follow up on action items
5. Project Support:
a. Assist with co-living projects by conducting research and preparing reports
b. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
6. Travel arrangements:
a. Plan and book travel, including flights and accommodations
b. Prepare detailed itineraries for trips
7. Administrative Support:
a. Handle expense reports and maintain records
b. Perform other administrative tasks as needed
8. Relationship Management:
a. Build positive relationships with stakeholders
b. Act as a liaison between the executive and team members
9. Content Creation for Decks:
a. Create and edit content for presentations and project decks
b. Ensure the decks are visually appealing and convey the necessary information
10. Financial Analysis:
a. Use Excel to create and manage financial reports
b. Assist in financial planning and analysis for projects
11. Online Meeting Participation:
a. Attend online meetings and take detailed notes
b. Implement action points discussed in meetings

1. Educational Background: a master’s degree in business management or a related field.
2. Professional Experience:
a. Experience in real estate development, particularly co-living projects.
b. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
3. Skills:
a. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
b. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
c. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis.
d. Possess the ability to draft emails, create presentations, and prepare reports.
e. Possess a strong understanding of business management principles.

4. Additional Requirements:

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
