Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the creation and execution of test cases to identify software defects
2. Collaborating with the development team to understand project requirements and functionality
3. Reporting and tracking bugs to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
4. Participating in test planning and strategy meetings to contribute valuable insights
5. Conducting regression testing to confirm that software enhancements do not negatively impact existing features
6. Documenting test cases and results for future reference and improvement
7. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall testing efficiency
