We're building a B2B order processing platform to help suppliers and retailers place orders seamlessly without multiple apps, endless clicks, and login hassles. Your job as a market research Intern is to validate this idea by gathering real-world insights from vendors and retailers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Industry research:
1. Study how vendors and retailers manage orders today.
2. Identify pain points in existing order management systems.
3. Analyze competitors and their solutions.
B. Vendor & retailer interviews:
1. Conduct at least 300 interviews with FMCG suppliers, wholesalers, and retailers (kirana stores, supermarkets).
2. Understand their challenges with current ordering processes.
3. Evaluate their interest in a simpler, friction-free digital solution.
C. Survey & data collection:
1. Design and distribute surveys to validate market demand.
2. Collect data on order frequency, volumes, and preferred ordering methods.
