Experience: Proven experience in market research, business development, or sales, preferably within industrial sectors or similar domains.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently pitch to clients and explain complex offerings in simple terms.
Self-Motivation & Initiative: Ability to work independently, set your own schedule, and drive results without constant supervision.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the industrial landscape of Southern Tamil Nadu (Trichy, Coimbatore, Tirupur, and surrounding areas) is highly desirable.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and other tools for tracking and managing client interactions and data.
Education: A background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory if experience in industrial market research is demonstrated.

1. Travel and Expenses: The company will cover all travel-related expenses, including petrol and food costs during client visits and business development activities.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
