CashTrac, a US-based fintech startup, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Community Growth Intern to join our team in the Indore office. Our web app empowers individuals to make smarter financial decisions through advanced forecasting and experimentation tools.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with founders to create engaging blog content for Cashtrac.me
2. Manage and grow CashTrac's social media presence across platforms
3. Conduct outreach to influencers and potential users via direct messaging
4. Maintain and foster community engagement in our Discord channel
5. Assist in developing and implementing growth hacking strategies
Requirements:
1. Excellent written English skills
2. Strong copywriting abilities with a focus on persuasive content
3. Familiarity with social media marketing and community management
4. Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
5. Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
6. Ability to work independently and manage tasks simultaneously
7. Interest in personal finance and fintech industries

2. can work from 7:30 pm - 3:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)
3. can start the work from home job/internship between 8th Jan'25 and 12th Feb'25
4. are available for duration of 6 months

1. Experience in growth hacking or performance marketing
2. Experience with PhantomBuster, Apollo, Clay, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, etc.
3. Knowledge of Discord/Slack community management
4. Familiarity with financial planning concepts and tools
5. Previous internship or work experience in a startup environment
