Marketing & Creative Strategy Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating and implementing a social media strategy
2. Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive engagement and audience growth
3. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools
4. Write inspiring blog posts, newsletters, and social media copy that resonate with the audience
5. Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for reels, stories, and posts to encourage community engagement
6. Collaborate with the design team (or use tools like Canva) to create visually appealing social media graphics and posts
7. Brainstorm new product ideas (physical and digital) aligned with Purple Diary's vision, such as journals, guided apps, or workshops
8. Conduct market research to understand audience needs, competitive products, and growth opportunities
9. Propose and develop strategies to build partnerships with influencers, coaches, or like-minded brands
10. Foster meaningful relationships with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and questions on social media
11. Develop campaigns, challenges, or events (e.g., journaling prompts or self-discovery challenges) to inspire active participation

Requirements:

1. Strong passion for mental wellness, personal growth, and self-discovery
2. Excellent storytelling and writing skills with an empathetic and conversational tone
3. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing marketing strategies or content ideas
4. Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram Analytics, TikTok)
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
6. Interest or experience in product development and branding (preferred but not mandatory)
7. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
