Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

3. Develop referral and loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.

III. Analytics & Optimization
1. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates).

IV. Creative Execution
1. Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets.
2. Innovate on campaign formats, including video, social, and interactive content.
