About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and executing impactful outbound, nurture, and account-based campaigns that increase the sales pipeline
2. Creating experiments to test messaging, targeting, engagement, and other levers to increase conversion rates across the funnel, using data to back every decision
3. Building deep industry knowledge, enabling you to adopt content trends, news, or announcements within your campaign messaging
4. Partnering with sales leads to identify and implement process improvements
5. Tracking and reporting on all activities using data to continually optimize campaign performance
6. Coming up with content ideas and references for social media
7. Developing creatives and trending copy in sync with contemporary demands, converting the ideas into a creative copy/engaging content
8. Working on writing high quality and original content for websites, short videos, emailers, and social media posts under the guidance of content head
9. Working with senior business leaders to execute defined strategies

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of sales ).
