About the work from home job/internship
Esmo is looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Intern to join our team and contribute to our dynamic marketing strategies. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, innovate, and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with Esmo's vision and growth goals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
2. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvements.
3. Identify and reach out to influencers for collaborations and promotions.
4. Coordinate with influencers, including calling and follow-ups, to ensure successful campaigns.
5. Oversee the Esmo campus ambassador program, including onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking of ambassadors.
6. Develop strategies to maximize campus-level outreach and brand visibility.
7. Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials, social media content, and promotional assets.
8. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
9. Suggest innovative marketing initiatives to align with Esmo's target audience.
10. Assist in planning and executing product launches and seasonal campaigns.
11. Contribute to email marketing campaigns and website promotions.
