As a marketing management Intern at HoloGrad, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, contributing to various initiatives aimed at promoting our services and driving engagement.
1. Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.
2. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
3. Help manage HoloGrad's social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
4. Contribute to developing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
5. Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for growth.
6. Assist in gathering insights from student feedback and industry data to inform marketing strategies and product development.
7. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and tracking campaign performance metrics.
8. Assist in organizing and participating in community outreach events and initiatives, both online and offline, to promote HoloGrad's services and mission.
9. Collaborate with the community engagement team to build relationships and foster partnerships with local organizations and educational institutions.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per performance).
