About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and testing growth levers to drive business expansion
2. Executing LinkedIn marketing, cold outreach, and email campaigns to acquire new clients
3. Framing and implementing growth hypotheses, measuring their effectiveness
4. Analyzing marketing campaign performance and optimizing strategies accordingly
5. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends
6. Scaling successful growth initiatives and collaborating with other teams for execution

We began in the year 2015, making illustrations for clients from the Publishing and Advertising industries, and has gradually grown into a team of a dozen visual artists and creative designers involved in visual storytelling projects.
