About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding potential vendors and partners.
2. Support in maintaining strong relationships with current vendors and partners by providing regular communication and support.
3. Monitor vendor performance, track KPIs, and provide reports to ensure compliance with contract terms and service-level agreements (SLAs).
4. Help in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements with new and existing vendors.
5. Assist in resolving issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and professional manner.
6. Coordinate with internal departments to streamline vendor-related processes.
7. Research and propose opportunities for new partnerships or vendor services to optimize operations.
8. Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, tracking partner deliverables, and maintaining a vendor database.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

6. Interest in partnership development, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

7. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
