Key responsibilities:

1. Create and schedule engaging content for our Instagram and Facebook profiles
2. Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering a community around our app
3. Conduct A/B testing of different ad creatives and copy to optimize campaign performance
4. Support the setup and management of paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
5. Analyze ad performance and provide recommendations for improvement
6. Collaborate on the development of ad visuals and copy
7. Identify and reach out to relevant micro-influencers in the personal finance niche
8. Coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring timely and effective promotion of our app
9. Assist in designing and implementing a referral program to incentivize early sign-ups
10. Track and report on the effectiveness of the referral program
11. Help build and manage an email list of potential users
12. Assist in creating and sending email updates, teasers, and countdowns
13. Monitor social media and ad campaign performance using analytics tools
14. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and campaign outcomes
15. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
