We are working on a highly innovative product that uses basic principles of mechanical design like gears, Lead screws, mechanical locking, hydraulic leveling, etc.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. The product comprises 3 large platforms each 8ft wide and 20 ft long. The 3 platforms have to be leveled at all times using a mechanical leveling system that detects and corrects the support points using a pair of wheels, a set of gears, and a lead screw.
2. The ideal candidate will be one who has an innovation mindset and a knack for design and detailing. He/She should have done some real projects on machine/mechanical design. Should be conversant with design methods like Ansys /CATIA/ FEA etc.
