About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning, creating, and executing Meta ad campaigns
2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
3. Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc) and suggest optimization strategies
4. Collaborate with the design team to develop ad creatives and compelling ad copies
5. Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager tools, trends, and best practices
6. Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and insights
