Meta Ads Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to meet business objectives
2. Create targeted advertising strategies that align with brand goals, product offerings, and audience insights
3. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and messaging to optimize campaign performance
4. Research and define custom audiences using Meta's targeting tools, including lookalike audiences and remarketing strategies
5. Leverage data to segment audiences based on behaviors, interests, and demographics for more personalized ad targeting
6. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy
7. Continuously monitor and tweak ad sets to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
8. Ensure all ads meet Meta's advertising policies and brand guidelines
9. Analyze campaign performance data and provide detailed reports on key metrics like impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, and costs
10. Present actionable insights to stakeholders and suggest improvements to enhance campaign performance
11. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maximizing performance
12. Track spending to ensure that the budget is allocated effectively across different campaigns and ad sets
13. Identify opportunities for scaling successful ad campaigns and increasing reach to new audience segments
