MindGrades Ambassador Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Community engagement:
- Promote MindGrades in your college, coaching institutes, and online study groups.
Encourage discussions, share insights, and facilitate peer-to-peer learning.
- Organize and moderate topper AMA sessions, quizzes, and mentorship calls.

2. Marketing & outreach:
- Leverage social media (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn) to create awareness.
- Create and share content (posts, memes, reels, study hacks) to engage aspirants.
- Invite influencers, toppers, and subject experts to collaborate with MindGrades.

3. Referrals & growth:
- Bring in new users and aspirants through referrals.
- Encourage peer sign-ups and participation in discussions.
- Help MindGrades expand in key UPSC hubs (Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, etc.).

4. Gamification & challenges:
- Run UPSC preparation challenges, quizzes, and contests to boost engagement.
- Inspire students to contribute study notes, strategies, and insights.
