1. Experience as a motion graphics designer focused on marketing and ads. (We must be able to see that you have some experience)
2. Mastery of After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma; Cinema 4D (or other similar tools) skills are a big plus
3. Portfolio showcasing high-converting video ads with strong motion graphics for social media platforms
4. Ability to translate data insights into visually compelling motion graphics solutions
5. Exceptional eye for design, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating polished, impactful animations
6. Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling as they apply to advertising
7. Self-starter, organized, manages time effectively and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
8. Excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and a collaborative team player by nature
9. Dedicated to staying current with motion graphics trends and emerging technologies in design
10. Passion for pushing creative boundaries and experimenting with new techniques in motion design
