Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and analyze online reviews and feedback across various platforms
2. Assist in developing strategies to improve the company's online reputation
3. Engage with customers and respond to reviews and comments in a timely and professional manner
4. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ORM
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that enhances the brand's reputation
6. Generate regular reports on ORM activities and metrics
