Operational Executive - Telematics Vertical

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved promptly.
2. Technician Coordination: Liaise with technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
3. Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and one local language to interact effectively with clients and team members.
4. Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations and service agreements.
5. Task Management: Ensure the daily completion of assigned tasks, maintaining a high degree of persuasion and follow-up.
