Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Class Scheduling:
Coordinate with instructors to schedule classes based on course requirements and availability.
Manage and maintain the class schedule, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.
Communicate class schedules and any changes to students and instructors effectively.

Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for students, instructors, and other stakeholders.
Respond promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Student Onboarding and Support:
Assist in the onboarding process for new students, providing guidance and resources.
Conduct onboarding calls or sessions to familiarize students with the platform and learning resources.
Address student queries related to course and technical issues.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
Collect and analyze feedback from students and instructors to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the operations team to implement process enhancements and streamline operations.
Contribute to the development of best practices for efficient operations and student support.

Instructor Coordination:
Liaise with instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources and support for conducting classes.
Facilitate communication between instructors and students, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
Assist instructors with logistics, such as scheduling makeup classes or handling technical difficulties.
