Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Converting leads to counseling.
2. Check the dashboard regularly and update accordingly.
3. Make three feedback calls every month to all parents (one every 8 days) & keep feedback sheets updated. Also, make sure parents issues are resolved if they have any by coordinating with their therapist. If not resolved, keep a virtual meeting with the CureAble team.
4. Keep a proactive check on Parents and the Therapist WhatsApp group every day
5. Talking with Parents & Therapists
a. Clear their doubts, issues, or concerns regarding anything & everything.
b. Communicate them about any changes in the organisation
c. Convey their messages to related and concerned people
d. Coordinate with parents about their payment
e. Coordinate with therapists to regularly update their punch-in punch-out, observation report, videos, any feedback from parents, etc.
f. Coordinate with the senior therapist on different issues related to therapies.
g. Coordinate with relevant parent & therapists about the testimonial video
6. Social media posting every day with a given time slot.
7. Choose the best video for every kid and then curate a short piece of content for it. Proofread it. Then share it in the relevant parent group every Saturday.
8. Create a WhatsApp parent and therapist support group at the time of their onboarding.
9. Proofread the planner & reports before sharing them with the parents group. And other content proofreading. Also, create planner as and when needed.
10. Conduct interviews [for therapists and other important roles (content, operations, etc)]
