Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and managing office supplies inventory
2. Support the operations team in coordinating project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
3. Assist in conducting research and gathering data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives
4. Aid in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
5. Assist with vendor management, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and managing vendor relationships
6. Provide general administrative support to the operations team, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless communication and collaboration
