Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Operations:

1. Assist in daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes
2. Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
3. Help monitor and evaluate operational performance and processes
4. Participate in project management tasks and operational audits
5. Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency
6. Manage compliance by ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards
7. Prepare and manage the Operations calendar, tracking important deadlines and meetings
8. Provide reports on various operational activities as required

Human Resources:

1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials
2. Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs
3. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
4. Update and manage employee databases and documentation
5. Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
7. Prepare and manage the HR calendar, tracking important deadlines and meetings
8. Provide reports on various HR activities as required
