About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with warehouse to ensure all orders are packed & dispatched on time
2. Resolve order issues with replacements/refunds promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
3. Oversee product returns and ensure QC is conducted on a timely basis
4. Manage the transfer of goods between warehouses within the city based on demand
5. Escalate unresolved operational issues to the functional lead and ensure timely follow-ups for resolution
